Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the selected shipping method and are clearly displayed during checkout. We offer free shipping above a certain order value (please refer to the information shown at checkout for details).

Delivery Time

Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary between 7–14 business days depending on the destination country. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to availability or external circumstances. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

We ship our products in cooperation with reputable shipping providers. The exact carrier will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

International Deliveries

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and are not covered or refunded by us.

If your country is not listed, please contact us to discuss individual shipping options.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us for reasons beyond our control (e.g. incorrect address or failure to collect), we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee.
