+ How do I return my order?

 

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. + What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

+ Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

+ Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately. You also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if it was shipped within the EU. As mentioned above, the item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Please note that as the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

+ How will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
