How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and shipping method, and are clearly displayed during the checkout process. We offer free shipping for orders over a certain value (please refer to the information at checkout for details). For orders within Germany, we offer free delivery to your preferred address for purchases over €500. For orders shipped to other EU countries, we offer free shipping for purchases over €1000. How does the return process work?
You can return products within 14 days – unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items are excluded from returns.

The Lecubi online shop offers various secure payment methods. These include credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, and bank transfer. All payments are encrypted to ensure a simple and secure shopping experience.
How long does shipping take?
Please note that the estimated shipping time provided in your order confirmation may not always be accurate. If the product is in stock, shipping usually takes 2–4 business days. If we need to order the product for you, delivery time is between 5 and 10 days.
