What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the selected shipping method and are clearly displayed during the checkout process. We offer free shipping above a certain order value (please refer to the information provided at checkout for details). For orders delivered within Germany, we offer free shipping for purchases over €500.00. For orders delivered to other EU countries, free shipping is available for purchases over €1,000.00. How does the return process work?
You may return products within 14 days – unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items are excluded from returns.

How long does shipping take?
Please note that the estimated delivery time provided in your order confirmation may not always be accurate. If the product is in stock, shipping usually takes 2–4 business days. If the product needs to be ordered specifically for you, delivery times range between 5 and 10 days.
